All content, designs, code, and other materials in the Service are owned by Litany Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for their intended purpose but may not redistribute, republish, or resell them without permission.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective platform's policies. We do not process payment information directly.

5. AI Features

Certain features may use AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You should not rely on it as the sole source of truth for critical decisions.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Litany Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and revising the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
